1. The prescribed application form may be downloaded from the website of the school from 1st January, 2025 (Wednesday) (10 a.m.) to 3rd January, 2025 (Friday)(4.00 p.m.)
  2. The application form, duly filled in and supported with Xerox copies of prescribed documents, may be registered at the school office counter on payment of Registration fee of Rs.1000/-(cash only) from 02.01.2025(Thursday) to 04.01.2025(Saturday) from 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. NO EXTENSION WILL BE ALLOWED either for downloading application form or registration of application.
  3. Enclosures to be attached with the application:All the originals to be shown at the time of submission & Xerox copies to be submitted
    1. Copy of Date of Birth Certificate
    2. Copy of residence proof
    3. Copy of Membership proof, in case the parent is a Member of Jubilee Hills Co-Operative House Building Society Ltd.,
    4. Copy of relevant document (study/Transfer Certificate) regarding their studies in the school in respect of parents who are ex-students.
    5. Copy of Bonafide Certificate, in case of sibling students.
    6. Copy of Student’s Aadhar card.

Other important instructions to parents:

  1. If any applicant registers more than one application for a child, all the applications will be rejected by the School Management.
  2. Originals for all the above copies of certificates should be brought for
    Verification.
  3. Age: For admission to class-I, 6 years plus as on 31st May, 2025, should
    not complete 6 years. (i.e., born between 01-06-2018 and 31-05-2019).
  4. Registration will not be done without the date of birth certificate from the Municipal Authorities or the Mandal Revenue Officer with his official stamp. Certificate/s from Doctor/s and Maternity House, non-availability certificates from Municipal Authorities or Certificates from other school/s will not be accepted.
  5. Un-registered application/s will not be considered for admission under any circumstances.
  6. Mere registration of the application does not guarantee a seat.
  7. Canvassing of any sort will be considered as a disqualification.
  8. Non-compliance with the requirement and submission of factually incorrect information will result in refusal of admission.
  9. Application should be signed by both the parents.
  10. Latest Passport size photographs of the child and parents should be submitted (not more than a month old photos).
  11. If the child is staying with the guardian, specific authorization letter from both the parents mentioning the name, contact number and complete address of the guardian should be submitted.
  12. To consider admission for a few seats, draw of lots will be conducted on 21-01-2025 (Tuesday) at
    4 p.m. in the school premises.
