Admission Programme for Nursery class for the year 2026-2027

  1. The prescribed application form may be downloaded from the website of the school from 1st December, 2025 (Monday) 10am to 4th December, 2025 (Thursday) (4.00 p.m.).
  2. The application form duly filled in and signed by both the parents along with supporting copies of prescribed documents, may be registered at the school office counter on payment of Registration fee of Rs.2,000/- (cash) from 8th December, 2025 (Monday) to 11th December, 2025 (Thursday) from 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. on all working days. NO EXTENSION WILL BE ALLOWED either for downloading the application form or processing the application form.
  3. Enclosures to be attached with the application:
    1. Date of Birth Certificate from the Municipal Authorities or the Mandal Revenue Officer with his official stamp. Any other certificate(s) will not be accepted.
    2. Copy of any valid document indicating the place of residence as given in the application.
    3. Copy of relevant document (Study certificate) regarding their studies in the school in respect of parents who are ex-students.
    4. If the application is submitted mentioning reference to the Membership of Jubilee Hills House Building Co-operative Society Ltd., attested Xerox copies of the Membership of parent/grandparent in proof may be furnished.
    5. In case of a child having foreign citizenship, a copy of valid VISA for the period of their study in the school.
    6. In case of sibling students, Bonafide certificate of the child already studying in the same school. (Only one sibling allowed.)
    7. Copy of Aadhar Card (student & parents).
    8. In case of a single parent, relevant documents should be submitted.

Note: Originals for all the above copies of certificates should be brought for verification.

Other important instructions to parents:
  1. Age: For admission to Nursery, 3 years plus as on 31st May, 2026, should not complete 4 years (i.e., born between 01-06-2022 and 31-05-2023).
  2. Parents are requested to produce self-attested Xerox copies of the following certificates.The originals should be shown for verification and return.

  3. Mere registration of the application does not guarantee admission.
  4. Un-registered application(s) will not be considered for admission under any circumstances.
  5. Non-compliance with the requirement and submission of factually incorrect information will result in refusal of admission.
  6. If any applicant registers more than one application for a child, all the applications will be rejected by the School Management.
  7. Canvassing of any sort will be considered as disqualification for admission. If any registered applicant approaches the school with recommendation, the applicant will be disqualified for selection. Applicants are therefore advised not to seek admission with any recommendation whatsoever.
  8. Latest passport size photographs of the child and parents should be submitted (not more than a month old photos).
  9. It is necessary that the application should be signed by both parents, mentioning the names in capital letters.
  10. If the child is staying with a guardian, a specific authorization letter from both the parents mentioning the name, contact number and complete address should be submitted.
  11. To consider admission for a few seats, draw of lots will be conducted on 22-12-2025 (Monday) at 4pm in the school premises.
