| 4. | DATE OF DRAW OF LOTS | 24-01-2026 (Saturday) at 4 pm in the school premises. |
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Age: For admission to Class I , 6 years plus as on 31st May, 2026, should not complete 6 years (i.e., born between 01-06-2019 and 31-05-2020).
- Parents are requested to produce self-attested Xerox copies of the following certificates. The Originals should be shown for verification and return.
- Date of Birth Certificate from the Municipal Authorities or the Mandal Revenue Officer with his official stamp. Any Other Certificate/s will not be accepted.
- Student and Parents’ Aadhar Cards
- Copy of valid VISA for the period of their study in the school, in case of a child having foreign citizenship.
- Copy of Membership proof, in case the parent / grand parent is a Member of Jubilee Hills Co.Operative House Building Society Ltd.,
- Copy of relevant document (Study Certificate) regarding their studies in the school in respect of parents who are ex-students.
- In case of sibling students Bonafide certificate of the child already studying in the same school (only one sibling allowed).
- In case of single parent, relevant documents should be submitted.
- Mere registration of the application does not guarantee admission.
- Un-registered application/s will not be considered for admission under any circumstances.
- Non compliance with the requirement and submission of factually incorrect information will result in refusal of admission.
- If any applicant registers more than one application for a child, all the applications will be rejected by the School Management.
- Canvassing of any sort will be considered as disqualification for admission. If any registered applicant approaches the school with recommendation, the applicant will be disqualified for selection. Applicants are therefore advised not to seek admission with any recommendation whatsoever.
